Project description
This project aims to better understand the realities and needs of immigrant communities in Rivière-des-Prairies in order to improve the services offered and their accessibility (information, reception, orientation, continuity of services).
Your participation
You are invited to complete this online questionnaire, which will take approximately 10 to 15 minutes. The questionnaire focuses on your experiences, the challenges you have faced, and your suggestions for improving services in Rivière-des-Prairies. Your responses will help better understand the needs and realities of immigrant communities in order to adapt services to the local context.
Benefits and risks
Your participation does not involve any direct benefits, but it will contribute to improving services in your community. The risks are minimal. You may at any time choose not to answer a question, take a break, or withdraw without consequence.
Confidentiality
The information collected through this questionnaire will be treated confidentially. Your responses will be anonymized, meaning that no personally identifying information will be used in analyses, reports, or publications. The data will be used solely by members of the research team and exclusively for the purposes of this project.
